Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, find it cheaper somewhere else or simply decide that you did not like the product or did not need it.
- No change of mind refunds or exchanges on sale items.
- If your product is faulty and we can't replace it, we will offer you a store credit or a refund minus shipping costs and any fees.
- If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will lodge a claim with Australia Post, please share images of the package for evidence as well as photos of the damage to assist with the the claim.
- If something's not right, reach out within 24 hours of receiving your item at hello@lolliwraps.com.au, attaching clear photos and details.
Exchanges:
- We want you to love your purchase! If you don't, we've got a strict 30-day exchange window from the day your item arrives.
- Kindly return your items in the pristine condition you received them: untouched and brand new. This means no traces of fake tan, makeup, or any other marks from trying them on.

Yes! Our lollies are 100% vegan. They’re also nut free, gelatin free, dairy free, soy free, gluten free and fat free.

All of our harnesses are 100% vegan friendly and cruelty-free! meaning no animal products have been used for the raw materials or construction of our harnesses.
We offer two materials PU and a plant based corn peel leather.
PU is a very strong material and able to withstand heat and moisture, which means that waste is reduced, because a single polyurethane item, such as our harnesses, can be used repeatedly for longer periods than other materials and will not stretch or wear out like thin PVC or other plastic alternatives. Essentially, our PU harnesses are designed to last!
This leather is inherently more eco-friendly than most other plastics such as PVC. It also doesn't contain any chemicals that interfere with endocrine and hormone systems, nor does it contribute to PH change in soil or water.
Did you know that all of our Liquorice Black, Marshmallow White and Cherry Red coloured harnesses are made from a unique vegan leather, made from CORN!
This 100% plant-based leather is a cruelty-free and eco-friendly alternative to animal leather and it feels and looks like the real thing! FR
It's made from corn peel and is super strong, breathable and hydrolysis resistant (which means it keeps its shape no matter how sweaty or steamy you wanna get in it). This leather alternative won't cause any kind of carbon dioxide as it breaks down.

Each harness is slightly different, but almost all of them can be worn over clothes, completely naked, or somewhere in between.
We believe feeling good about yourself is self-care. Do what makes you happy.
For our Harnesses and leather accessories, we restock 1-3 times per year. We are a ready-to-wear, small batch produced brand. We do not dropship and we do not mass produce our products. Everything is designed in house and the production and design process does take time. So, if there's something you have your eyes on, be quick to secure your purchase because it might be a long wait for another opportunity to purchase your fav colour and size.
For our rope, we do regular restocks. You might have to wait anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. Select "notify me when available" to be emailed as soon as we restock.
Wondering about your size? Our exclusive custom-developed size range offers four adjustable sizes: petite, small, mid, and curve, each with its own set of measurements. You can easily find these measurements on the size chart provided on every product listing under "size chart."

Mistakes can happen, so if you accidentally select the wrong size, no problem! We offer a 30-day exchange policy, giving you ample time to get the right size sorted out for you.
By the way, you might have noticed some items labeled as "old" on the listing. This is because we used to offer only two adjustable sizes. If you're interested in our older range, the size chart will provide you with the exact measurements for that style.
All our hardware is made from iron and is totally nickel free. This means it's less likely to irritate your skin, looks shinier and lasts a lot longer too.
